Our Policy 

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. We cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect, please ensure this is entered correctly at the checkout.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your parcel. If you provide a mobile number whilst checking out or setting up an account with us, you will also receive a text message from our chosen courier with delivery details.

Delivery Times

We use Royal Mail and other couriers for our delivery service which usually takes up to 5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are based on the total weight of products that you are purchasing, in relation to courier weight-based delivery rates. Delivery charges will be calculated once you reach the checkout. Please find a breakdown below:

0 to 2kg          £4.95
2 to 5kg          £5.99 
Over 5kg         £9.99

UK Mainland

Our standard shipping charges as seen above are valid for Mainland UK Only. This excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Island. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact
Pre Order

From time to time, we may offer a pre-order option on a selection of products that are due in stock. If you choose to order an item that is available for pre-order along with items that are in stock, we are only able to ship the entire order once all items are in stock.

International Shipping

If you live outside of the UK and would like to enquire about placing an order, please contact Please note, higher shipping rates, customs charges and longer delivery times may apply.


We do hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, if you would like to return your item(s), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order. The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the goods you have received are faulty or damaged. Please ensure that you use a trusted shipping service and keep a receipt of your returned item(s) as we will not be able to issue a refund if your return is lost in transit, however by keeping the receipt you may be eligible to claim compensation with your chosen shipping service.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your refund for the returned goods. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account.

We take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, however, if you do receive a damaged item, we politely ask that you take a photo and send it to us via email. As soon as we have received a photo of your damaged item/s, we will process a refund or send a replacement to the shipping address stated on your original order.

My parcel hasn't arrived - who should I contact?

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number which you can track online with the chosen courier service. 

If you are waiting longer than 7 days for your parcel to arrive, please get in touch with us so that we can contact the courier service to try and locate your parcel. 

If the courier service advises that your parcel has been lost, we will arrange to resend your order out to you as soon as possible. If the items which you ordered are no longer in stock, we will issue a refund immediately.
